Oral communication:
We continue to use our cubes system to motivate students to speak in French during our French block and to correct their peers in French. They act as translators.
Science:
We are continuing to inquire about simple machines and their functionality. Students have build wonderful structures where they were able to demonstrate their understanding about simple machines.
Written communication:
We are learning to use adjectifs to describe a person, an animal or a fruit in a fun and and interactive way: la 'devinette'.
Parents don't forget! this week is our French story walk to Manotick Public Library. If you are available to lend a hand, please let me know. An extra pair of hand is always useful!
